Well, you've mentioned wanting to write poems "to" or addressing different emotions, and people in your past. Why not try a reversal: Write a poem *from* one of those entities (those emotions or those people) TO you? Give them any kind of voice you'd like. They can be villainous, merciless, stupid, etc.
